What if I want to check if counselling is the right thing for me?

We can talk in confidence over the phone and you could come for an initial appointment or perhaps a few counselling sessions and then you could decide.

When do you have counselling appointments available?

I work during the day and some evenings. If for any reason we cannot meet at a mutually agreed time, I may be able to refer you to a North London counselling colleague.
